Apartments on the Island of Elba
The eight studio apartments, for four people, with simple but functional furnishings, have a private outdoor patio, shaded and equipped with garden chairs and table, deckchairs, ideal for eating or relaxing.
All apartments have air conditioning, LED TV, fridge, kitchenette equipped with 4-burner gas hob, private bathroom in the room, hairdryer.
It is possible to request the complete inventory of the apartment's equipment at the time of booking.
Apartment #1
The studio apartment, on two levels, has a mezzanine floor with a double bed, a ground floor with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower box and two single beds (with the possibility of joining the single beds for a 2nd double bed). The large, equipped outdoor patio, without sea view, is particularly cool as it faces north.
It has air conditioning with two emission splits, one on each level.
Pets, even of large size, can stay easily thanks to the presence of a large fenced outdoor area.
Apartment #2
The studio apartment, on two levels, has a mezzanine floor with a double bed, a ground floor with a kitchenette and two single beds, a bathroom with shower box (without window but with aerator).
The large, equipped outdoor patio, without sea view, is particularly cool as it faces north.
Pets, even of large size, can stay easily thanks to the presence of a large fenced outdoor area.
Apartment #4
The studio apartment, on two levels, has a mezzanine floor with a double bed, a ground floor with a kitchenette and two single beds (with the possibility of joining the single beds for a 2nd double bed), a bathroom with shower box (without window but with aerator).
The large equipped outdoor patio is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon, facing north-east, and does not have a panoramic sea view.
Pets, even of large size, can stay easily thanks to the presence of a large fenced outdoor area.

The studio apartment, on two levels, has a mezzanine floor with a double bed, a ground floor with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower box and two single beds (with the possibility of joining the single beds to make a second double).
The outdoor patio overlooks the south garden area with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Porto Azzurro.
L'appartamento è ideale per una famiglia anche con figli piccoli.
Pets can stay even if the outdoor area is not very large.

The large outdoor area, shaded in the morning and sunny in the afternoon until sunset, overlooks the south garden area with a splendid view of both the sea and the hills of Monte Castello.
We do not recommend the apartment if you have pets as there is no fenced area available.
