Apartments on the Island of Elba
The two 2-room apartments, one for three and the other for 5 people, with simple but functional furnishings, have a private outdoor patio, shaded and equipped with garden chairs and table, deckchairs, ideal for eating or relaxing.
All apartments have air conditioning, LED TV, fridge, kitchenette equipped with 4-burner gas hob, private bathroom in the room, hairdryer.
It is possible to request the complete inventory of the apartment's equipment at the time of booking.
Apartment #5 (sleeps 5)
The two-room apartment, arranged on two levels, has on the ground floor a kitchenette and bathroom with shower box, two single beds (with the possibility of joining the single beds for a 2nd double bed); upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom on the upper floor and a second dispenser on the ground floor.
The equipped outdoor patio overlooks the south-east garden area, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon.
Pets, even of large size, can stay easily thanks to the presence of a large fenced outdoor area.
Apartment #12 (sleeps 3)
The two-room apartment has a lounge/living room with kitchenette and single bed, a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the living room and a second dispenser in the bedroom.
The equipped outdoor patio, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon, has a splendid view of the hills of Monte Castello.
It is possible to replace a single bed with a cot.
Pets, even of large size, can stay easily thanks to the presence of a large fenced outdoor area.
